Bizcard is a licensee of the TRUSTe Web Privacy Seal Program. TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build user’s trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. This privacy statement covers the Web site Because this Web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

We use “cookies” which contain string data sent to your browser by our server to establish a connection between our server and your browser. As is the case with most modern websites if you have disabled cookies on your computer the site will not work correctly on your computer.

The information collected in this cookies do not contain or have a link to your Personally Identifiable Information

Third-party advertising companies and affiliates serve ads on our behalf. They may utilize an action tag or cookie also known as a Web Beacon to track your response to their advertisement and to measure the effectiveness of their advertising, or to award incentives. Bizcard does not gain access to or share any of your personal information unless Bizcard otherwise notifies you.

When you sign up for an account with Bizcard you will be required to provide us with your name and email address. We use your email address to correspond with you regarding account opening, order confirmation, and other information with your permission. Once you have placed an order we may also request your shipping address, telephone number and other information. We will store this information and use it for our own Bizcard marketing and customer care purposes. We may also ask you to voluntarily participate in surveys on our site and voluntarily provide personal information. Your participation and disclosure of information is fully optional.

You can update your account information at anytime by logging into LOG IN and selecting View/Update Profile. You may also request the deletion of your account by contacting our Customer Care team at or by writing to the address above indicating your requirements. To carry out certain transactions we hire other companies to perform these functions on our behalf. These services include, credit card processing and shipping. These companies only have access to the information needed to perform their contracted functions and are required to keep it strictly confidential and secure. They are not allowed to use it for any other purpose other than that which they are contracted with Bizcard.

Files uploaded by the user are kept confidential. may report user’s data to proper legal authorities upon discovery of illegal files, subpoena, or if it is deemed necessary. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site. Non-personally identifiable demographic information may be collected by (eg., browser, operating system, etc) and shared with trusted third-parties upon’s discretion.


The majority of Internet browsers support SSL – Secure Socket Layer technology. We use SSL to provide you with the highest level of security available on the Internet. SSL encrypts data traveling over the Internet, and identifies transacting servers using certificates. SSL also ensures the integrity of content while in transit.

SSL works best using 128-bit encryption versions of Netscape Navigator, or Microsoft Internet Explorer. BIZCard’s minimum requirement for transactions is the standard 40-bit or 56-bit encryption supported by the Internet Explorer 5.0 (or higher version) browser.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Whenever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), it is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for the “https” at the beginning of the address web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.


All sensitive information is password protected at Bizcard. Upon registration and setting up your account, you will create your own password. You may change your password as often as you like by going to LOG IN and Change Password.


Should you ever have problems signing in and accessing your account please contact Customer Care at Our Customer Care staff will send you a new Temporary password once they have confirmed that you are the Bizcard customer. A Bizcard Customer Care Representative will never ask for your password and you should never give it to them. They do not have access to your password.
